We are a niche provider of lease portfolio management services with a broad international client base. We are looking for an experienced leasing administrator to join our team. Working with an Account Manager and using our proprietary lease management system, LOIS, successful candidates would manage existing leases over the full life cycle and support new leasing as required.
Key Skills:
- In addition to 2-3 years leasing experience, we are looking for someone with a high degree of flexibility, an enthusiastic, friendly attitude and a can-do mentality. Good communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised within a team are essential.
- You should be motivated and have an attention to detail and completer/finisher mentality.
