If you are one of the 362,155 Twitterers who follow American Psycho writer Bret Easton Ellis, then you know he is rather eccentric and ? opinionated.
Especially when it comes to gays and women ? well except if you're Lindsay Lohan, in which case, he LURVES you!
Anyhow, Bret seemed to be SO enraged by all the positive buzz surrounding Kathryn Bigelow's film Zero Dark Thirty, that he took to Twitter recently and wrote:
Well, obviously this ruffled some people's feathers (and assuming that Bret is not a complete idiot, he knew what the outcome would be), and one such disturbed individual was the exquisite Ellen Barkin, who can be currently seen on The New Normal.
Mz. Barkin Tweeted in response:

The tweet has unfortunately since been deleted, but we thought it was an astute, accurate reaction to Bret's posting.
Oh we're just aching to see the obvious masterpiece that is Mr.Ellis' The Canyons?
It's time he put his money where his mouth Twitter account is!
